Our system of controls, as specified by cGMP Part 111 and Part 117, covers all aspects of production from start to finish. We verify the identity and purity of each product lot by screening for heavy metals and testing for pathogens. Qualified third-party laboratories conduct these tests.

Mineral Biosciences uses all 3 of these tests methods:
Verploegh and Brandvold method (V&B)
- Quantifies both humic and fulvic acids
Lamar Method/AOAC/IHSS
- The insoluble material is removed from the alkaline dissolved HA and FA material to quantify fulvic acid only.
ISO Method
- The ISO method identifies hydrophobic fulvic acids (HFA) as separate from humic acids (HA) derived from the raw source material.
*The LAMAR and ISO method are the most similar. Despite the differences, such as the incubation time and temperature, it is likely that the two methods would give very similar results.
